Spring & Asparagus Season
Spring has arrived at Restaurant Säntis—and on our plates. Starting tonight, we’ll be treating you to our new seasonal menu.
The focus is on white asparagus: served classically with hollandaise sauce, butter, or vinaigrette, and paired with your choice of beef tenderloin, veal cutlet, Mostbröckli, or salmon. To complement these dishes, we’ll treat you to a fresh asparagus salad with Appenzeller goat cheese and a delicate asparagus risotto served with corn-fed chicken breast.
Wild garlic features in our ravioli and as an aromatic crust on our Appenzeller beef tenderloin medallions. The “Asia Style” veal short ribs with sweet potato gnocchi and the pulled pork spring roll with homemade kimchi add an Asian twist.
Our “Säntis” dessert menu provides a sweet finale with three rhubarb treats—a tartlet, sorbet, and compote.
