Group requests

For groups, events, and seminars, you’ll find a separate inquiry form for each on our website—this way, we have all the necessary information right from the start and can quickly put together a suitable quote for you.

• Table reservations for 9 or more people: Please use the group request form or call us.
• Overnight stays for 5 or more rooms: considered a group reservation.

For celebrations and corporate events, the Säntis and Hecht hotels are the perfect choice; for conferences, please see our rooms and packages in the “Seminars” section. For groups, we require a list of names at least 14 days before arrival; for banquets and seminars, we require the final number of participants no later than two business days in advance.
