Burgundy is the world’s most historic wine-growing region. Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grow here on limestone hills that the Cistercian monks cataloged plot by plot as far back as the Middle Ages. No other wine reflects the soil and vintage more clearly.

This evening, WSET-certified wine expert Hans Babits will take you on a journey through the greatest vineyards of the Côte d’Or—from Puligny-Montrachet to Vosne-Romanée. White and red wines, tasted blind, revealed glass by glass. An evening that showcases why Burgundy is revered by connoisseurs.
